1.1 power-forums.com is a service that offers communication inside discussion forums. Users of power-forums.com are able to actively use existing forums to read or write postings or create their own forum.

3.4 The user will not publish content that is in violation of copy rights or intellectual property rights.

4. Behaviour of power-forums.com
4.1 power-forums.com reserves the right to delete content, deactivate user accounts and close forums especially if the above guidelines were neglected.

4.2 At the event of violation against applicable law power-forums.com is entitled to send information from existing forums to state authorities.

4.3 The user agrees that power-forums.com may place advertisements inside content submitted by the user.

5. Liability / Accountability
5.1 power-forums.com is liable exclusively for its own content on this website. power-forums.com explicitly declines liability for content published by third parties. power-forums.com equally declines liability for content of other websites which can be reached by links. The same applies to advertisements on this website or email.

5.2 power-forums.com is not liable for indirect damage, consequencial damage or atyptical damage of all and any kind. Same applies to compensation of lost profits, lost usabilities or immaterial goods.

5.3 power-forums.com tries to offer the service without interruption. However all and any time access can't be guaranteed. A claim to all time every time use doesn't exist.

6. Copyright
In the case of a copyright violation please send an email to webmaster <at> power-forums <dot> com. If desired the content in question will be removed.

7. Closing Statement
7.1 power-forums.com reserves the rights to change these terms of service. The user will be informed on change and can decline the new terms by deleting its account in a matter of 4 weeks.

7.2 Should one or more terms of service be ineffectual or impracticable the term in question shall be replaced by terms that are effective and practicable and comes close to the original goal of the term. The other terms remain intact.
